Expert with over 20 years of experience in project management, business consulting and EU fundraising. For years she has been actively working both in business and in the public sector, earlier as a director of one of the branches of PKO BP SA bank and investment advisor in Xelion company, and then co-founded CDK Consulting Sp. z o.o. company. Currently a shareholder and President of the Board of APMM GROUP Sp. z o.o. and Innovation Transfer Center Foundation. She specializes in creating business models, as well as obtaining and accounting for projects financed from EU funds (RPO, NFOŚ, PO IR, PO WER, PO PC), innovation implementation, business consulting and accessibility audits.
She has extensive experience working with local government units, government institutions and businesses. She has conducted several hundred hours of audits and training in project management, business model implementation and innovation as well as EU documentation and accessibility. She was an expert of the Marshal's Office in the evaluation of EU projects within the framework of the ROP of Warmia and Mazury, and currently cooperates with more than 100 companies on grant and business consulting.
A graduate of the Maritime University in Gdynia (Master of Business Administration), and also completed Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Management and numerous mentoring and coaching courses, a member of the Pomerania Region Chamber of Commerce, where she served as Secretary of the Elblag Branch.

For more than 3 years, she has specialized in the comprehensive management of projects financed and co-financed by European Union funds, implemented by companies and local government units. Her expertise covers the full life cycle of projects - from planning and implementation, through progress monitoring, to their final settlement. She effectively manages investment projects in such areas as the purchase of machinery and equipment, robotization of industrial processes, development of investment areas, water and sewage infrastructure, brand promotion, IT solutions and thermal modernization. He holds a master's degree in law and a degree in accounting.
Her previous work experience of several years was in foreign-owned companies, where she served as office manager. Her responsibilities included financial services (cash register, invoices), preparation of schedules and organization of shareholders' meetings, management of the implementation of the EU project, preparation of applications for funding from the Labor Office, personnel matters and day-to-day administrative support of companies. She used English on a daily basis in internal communications. She managed a portfolio of more than a dozen rental properties, working with foreign clients and contractors, mainly from Scandinavian countries.
She also has experience in the construction industry as an administrative and legal specialist. Her responsibilities included preparing and reviewing construction contracts, analyzing tender documents (ToRs), preparing bids, and completing documentation for Construction Supervision and grant-giving institutions.
At present, it is focused on running so-called hard projects, involving the implementation of investments by private companies and local government units.
Nearly 20 years of experience in the private sector, including in companies with foreign capital, translates into high efficiency in the management of EU projects, a professional approach to customer service and comprehensive support for Beneficiaries at every stage of project implementation.

Expert with more than 15 years of experience in managing EU co-financed projects, internal auditing, implementation of quality management systems and strategic consulting for the SME sector and local government units. She has extensive knowledge of ISO standards (including 9001, 27001, 22301, 22000), as well as experience in conducting accessibility audits and training for public administration.
As the owner of the SKILLIX consulting and training company and former Vice President of an ousourcing institution, she successfully coordinated and supervised projects with a total value of tens of millions of zlotys. She has held leadership roles in numerous regional and national projects, working with the public, academic and business sectors.
Graduate of the University of Gdansk in human resources management, certified in PRINCE2® methodology and numerous ISO standards. She successfully combines managerial, auditing and coaching competencies, providing clients with comprehensive solutions for organizational development, process optimization and EU fundraising.

In her career, she has managed projects with a total value of tens of millions of zlotys, both as a project manager and implementation consultant. She has conducted complex audits, quality system implementations and consulting for public administration and the SME sector. For years, she has provided training in project management, information security and management systems, with a particular focus on the needs of local government units.

As an academic lecturer, she has cooperated with, among others, the School of Administration and Business in Gdynia, teaching classes on EU funds, fundraising and project control.

In her work, she focuses on a practical approach, timeliness of content and a personalized approach to training participants. Her experience and commitment make her a respected expert in the field of modern project management.

She began her career in local government administration, where she was in charge of maintaining technical infrastructure, organizing local events, international cooperation, and promoting and raising external funds - both for infrastructure and social projects. She has participated in projects related to the development of public spaces and combating climate change.
He currently specializes in fundraising and project implementation for entrepreneurs, local government units and NGOs, focusing on the labor market, entrepreneurship development and innovation. Among others, she cooperates with the Innovation Transfer Center Foundation, implementing international projects, including those from the Erasmus+ program.
