As part of the measure, entrepreneurs will be able to make investments for broadly understood energy efficiency, including those related to energy saving or changing the sources of energy used to more environmentally friendly ones: thermal modernization of buildings (e.g. insulation of walls, foundations, roofs, replacement or modernization of window and door woodwork, modernization of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning systems) replacement or modernization of machinery/equipment/technology lines to more energy-efficient, purchase and installation of energy management systems, control systems aimed at reducing energy consumption, replacement of lighting with energy-efficient lighting, RES installations and energy storage.

Preparation of a Eurogrant - a project planned for implementation within the framework of one of the European Union Programs; the project can finance: consulting service, development of a feasibility study, preparation of an application for a Eurogrant, organization of meetings with partners, costs of translation of documentation.

Support for the promotion of product brands of Polish SMEs through the Brand of Polish Economy. Support will be granted to projects providing for participation in trade fair and conference events specified by the minister responsible for economy in the calendar of trade fair events key to the development of selected sectors of the economy, as well as away economic missions conducted in these markets: costs of renting, construction and operation of an exhibition stand during the participation of an enterprise in a given trade fair or exhibition; costs of business trips of employees participating in trade fairs or economic missions outside Poland; preparation and conduct of a promotional campaign in connection with participation in trade fairs and organization of away economic missions; indirect costs.

Support for research and development projects, exclusively to companies whose projects were positively evaluated by the EC and received a Seal of Excellence certificate, but due to lack of funds did not receive funding under the HE Program.

Support for complex projects of enterprises and their consortia in the implementation of the R&D+I process: salaries of employees, purchase of equipment, devices, machinery, production lines, software, construction works (including production halls), promotion in foreign markets, training, renewable energy sources.

Comprehensive projects meet the needs of entrepreneurs in the field of: R&D works, innovation implementations, development of R&D infrastructure, internationalization, development of competencies of employees and business managers, digitalization and greening of business activities.
