Financial conditions
Loan amount: Up to PLN 10,000,000
Loan period: up to 15 years
Capital repayment grace period: up to 24 months
Interest rate: from 0.5% *
No commissions or additional fees
Purpose of the loan
Under the RES Loan, it is possible to finance Final Investments implemented in the Pomeranian Voivodeship with the aim of:
- Construction or expansion of renewable energy sources installations for the generation of electricity or heat, including with energy storage facilities operating for the RES source, together with the connection of RES sources to power or heat networks,
- Construction of energy storage facilities operating for already existing RES sources, implemented as a stand-alone project.

Interest rate
- The interest rate on the Unit Loan granted on a more favorable than market terms is for:
- at 0.50% p.a. - For projects implemented in preference areas;
- at the 40% level of the Reference Rate, but not less than 1.5% p.a. - for other projects.
