We officially introduce a new person to our team. Monika Kreja, who serves as a training specialist at APMM, has joined us.

Training specialist with experience in the public and education sectors. In recent years, she has been responsible for coordinating processes related to obtaining and accounting for funds for competence development from the Development Services Base (BUR) and the National Training Fund (KFS). She specializes in cooperation with regional operators, preparation of grant applications and supervision of project documentation. She gained professional experience in an administrative unit where she carried out tasks related to the planning and organization of training, analysis of training companies' offers and coordination of courses.

She holds an international Certificate in Talent and Career Management (CTCM), confirming competence in the areas of talent management, career path planning and career development support.

He combines subject matter expertise with a practical approach to developing the competencies of employees and organizations, effectively supporting individual and institutional clients in achieving their training and development goals.

Privately, I enjoy active recreation and travel, which allows me to relax and recharge my energy. I also value shared moments with my family and loved ones.
