We are pleased to officially introduce a new member of our team. Monika Kreja has joined us as a training specialist at APMM.
A training specialist with experience in the public and education sectors. In recent years, she has coordinated the securing and financial reporting of skills development funding through the Development Services Database (BUR) and the National Training Fund (KFS). She specialises in working with regional operators, preparing funding applications and overseeing project documentation. She gained professional experience in an administrative unit, where she planned and organised training, analysed training providers' offers and coordinated courses.
She holds the international Certificate in Talent and Career Management (CTCM), confirming her expertise in talent management, career planning and supporting professional development.
She combines specialist knowledge with a practical approach to developing the skills of employees and organisations, effectively supporting individual and institutional clients in achieving their training and development goals.
Outside work, I enjoy active leisure and travelling, which help me relax and recharge. I also value time with family and loved ones.
