Yes, you can switch to a higher or lower package at any time. The change is effective from the next billing period.
Do unused consultation hours carry over to the next month?
No, consultation hours are assigned to a specific month and do not carry over to subsequent periods. We encourage you to take advantage of expert support on a regular basis.
Does the consultation take place online or in-person?
Consultations are held remotely (online), which provides flexibility and convenience to our clients from all over Poland. On request, stationary meetings are also possible - agreed individually.
Can I delegate the consultation to another member of my team?
Yes, consultations can take place with other representatives of your company - you just need to report it in advance.
What is the process of arranging a consultation after buying a package?
After purchasing the package, you will get access to a booking platform where you can make your own appointments with selected experts at convenient times.
Can I purchase additional consulting hours outside of the package?
Yes, we offer the possibility to buy additional hours at preferential rates - contact our team for a personalized quote.
