THE LOAN CAN BE USED FOR:
- Purchase of materials and construction work in connection with the construction, expansion, reconstruction of the enterprise,
-purchase of fixed assets, including machinery, equipment, technology, office equipment, excluding from financing the purchase of means of transportation - motor vehicles from subgroup NIT 74,
-purchase of real estate for investment purposes (directly related to the conduct of business, excluding from financing: the purchase of real estate for marketing or as a capital investment, the purchase of real estate having a residential purpose, the purchase of apartments (including aparthotels, condohotels), the purchase or construction of real estate for short-term rental (e.g., hotels, guesthouses) consisting of less than 10 hotel/residence rooms),
-purchase of intangible assets,
-purchase of equipment,
-Purchase of current assets, i.e. inventory, goods, materials, finished products, semi-finished products, as part of an investment financed by a loan ( up to 50% loan limit)
- promotional activities (participation in trade fairs, creation of a website/shopping platforms), as part of the investment financed by the loan,
-purchase of third-party services related to transportation and assembly of the expenses mentioned above.
