On days May 5-11, 2025. We had the pleasure of hosting partners from Italy in Poland as part of an international project "Green Management Tools and Skills of Third Sector Organizations in Adult Lifelong Learning"..

As the FCTI Foundation, we were responsible for organizing study visit, the main purpose of which was to share knowledge about the corporate social responsibility and the development of green competence in third sector organizations. The program of the visit combined the training part with practical learning about local examples of cooperation between NGOs, business and local government units.

Guests from Italy had the opportunity to visit, among others. social cooperative, neighbourhood houses and other forms of social organizations that actively work for sustainable development and social integration. During the meetings they also learned about structure and principles of Polish NGOs, their funding models, and how they interact with the public and private sectors.

There was also a cultural element - we explored together charms of gdansk's old town, learning about the city's history and heritage.

We are pleased to have been part of this important project and to have worked with partners to build bridges of cooperation for a greener and more responsible future.
