Mazurian Special Economic Zone S.A. (WSEZ).

Thanks to this cooperation, APMM Group :
● is a reliable partner of the WMSSE,
● supports investors in the process of preparing the documentation necessary for the
obtain a decision on support under the Polish Investment Zone (PSI) ,
● offers comprehensive advice on how to combine various financial instruments (e.g., concessions
zone tax + EU subsidies) to maximize the benefits for companies.
What do entrepreneurs gain?
Participation in the Polish Investment Zone program means real savings and an advantage
competitive:
● income tax (CIT/PIT) exemption for up to 70% of costs.
qualified investments ,
● an exemption period of 10 to 15 years, depending on the location,
● the possibility of relief for new investments in fixed, intangible and
legal, as well as the two-year labor costs of employees.

Where does the WMSSE operate?
The Warmian-Masurian Special Economic Zone includes:
● almost the entire area of the Warmian-Masurian province (19 out of 21 counties),
● the northern part of the Mazovian Voivodeship ( 11 out of 42 counties and cities with county rights - the entire Ciechanów subregion, 5 out of 6 counties in the Ostroleka subregion and 1 out of 6 counties in the Eastern Warsaw subregion)
