Medium and large enterprises planning to invest in renewable energy sources, retrofit buildings or improve production processes in 2026 can take advantage of the FEnIKS 1.1 - Energy Efficiency Improvement program.

 The call for applications is open until 27.02.2026.

The program aims to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions in the business sector. Support can be allocated to among others. on:

🔹 Thermal modernization of facilities (insulation, window and door carpentry),
🔹 Optimization of technological and production processes, (you can buy machines, equipment, technological lines that improve the energy efficiency of processes).

🔹 RES installations with energy storage,
🔹 Upgrading heating, lighting, cooling and heat recovery systems,
🔹 implementing solutions based on hydrogen technologies.

Who can apply?
🔹 Medium-sized companies (50-250 employees),
🔹 large enterprises (more than 250 employees).

Form of support
Funding comes in the form of a soft loan - up to 100% of eligible costs, including:
🔹 85% - Cohesion Fund funds,(interest-free portion of the loan) 
🔹 15% - NFOŚiGW market loan,

With the possibility of redemption:
🔹 to 30% - for large companies,
🔹 to 50% - for medium-sized enterprises.

Key technical conditions:

🔹 Mandatory energy audit (before and after investment),

🔹 minimum primary energy savings:
- buildings: min. 30%,
- technological processes: min. 10%.
