Project title „SME ADAPTATION AND DEVELOPMENT 1.0”.
We would like to inform you that we have received funding for the implementation of the project „SME ADAPTATION AND DEVELOPMENT 1.0”.
The project aims to Supporting employers who are entrepreneurs operating in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in adapting the work environment to the needs of different groups of employees, eliminating health risk factors in the workplace and creating good working conditions in enterprises.
Activities implemented in the project:
Employee training and expert counseling on preventing job burnout, minimizing health risk factors, stress management
Management training on diversity management
Retrofitting workstations with ergonomic work tools such as computer equipment, furniture, lighting, dust collection systems and others
Support in the field of work organization, introduction / modernization of systems (develop. techn.) influencing the improvement of the employee's safety.
Target Group:
The project is aimed at 6 employers and their employees (80 people, including 24 women and 56 men) from the Warmian-Masurian province who are SMEs.
Effects of the project:
Minimize negative health factors by equipping workstations with ergonomic work tools.
Improving working conditions and reducing negative health factors will increase employee efficiency and improve employee comfort.
Development of employees' competencies in minimizing negative health factors present in the work environment , as well as development of skills among managers/medium-level staff in team management and implementation of occupational health and safety solutions.
The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus in the framework of the European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027 program - Measure 7.6 Adaptation to change.
Value of the project: 868,214.51 PLN
The amount of the European Funds contribution: PLN 737,982.33.

We are proud to announce that APMM Group Sp. z o.o. has received funding for the implementation of the project "Innovative SMEs.
The project aims to Support for employers who are entrepreneurs operating in the Warmian-Masurian voivodeship in adapting to changes in the labor market through preparation for the implementation of flexible forms of employment, such as remote working.
Activities implemented in the project:
- Employee training and expert advice on the implementation of flexible forms of employment.
- Retrofitting of workplaces, including the purchase of necessary computer hardware and software to support remote work and ensure security.
- Labor organization support tailored to the specific needs of employers.
Target Group:
The project is aimed at 6 employers and their employees (29 people, including 23 women and 6 men) from the Warmian-Masurian province who are SMEs.
Project outcomes:
Implementation of flexible forms of employment at supported employers, improvement of working conditions through the use of modern technological solutions, increasing the competence of employees, strengthening the adaptability of organizations to the changing requirements of the labor market.
Adequate technical and IT facilities to implement flexible forms of employment with remote working.
Provide technical facilities to implement electronic workflow.
